LTC55101 MHz to 6 GHz Wideband High Linearity Active Mixer

The LTC5510 from Linear Technologies is a is a high linearity active mixer mixer optimized for wideband applications between 1 MHz and 6 GHz. This double balanced active mixer has a low distortion, low LO leakage and is optimized to use with 1:1 transmission line baluns. It has an OIP3 of 27 dBm, Conversion Gain of 1.5 dB, Noise figure below 11.6 dB and requires a supply voltage of 3.3 or 5 V. The LTC5510 is packaged in a 16 lead 4 x 4 mm QFN package and can be used for both up-conversion and down-conversion applications.
