The EZ-86-NBTI cable uses NbTi for both the inner and outer conductor with a solid PTFE dielectric. Verified through third-party testing, the .086 cable exhibits loss under 0.5 dB per 100 ft at 4 Kelvin with thermal conductance at 1.5K: G=1.88 uW.cm/K and 4K: G=21.0 uW.cm/K.
The new cryogenic cable can be supplied in standard lengths or as NbTi cable assemblies utilising non-magnetic connectors. It is manufactured in the US to ensure reliable performance and supply chain security.
