Anywaves, the Space Antenna Makers, has taken a major step in its global growth by launching Anywaves US, marking its transition from an international to a truly multinational organization. Leading this new phase is Nicolas Hine, who has been appointed General Manager of the American entity.
A Strategic Footprint for a Multinational Vision
Backed by two Excellence Supplier Awards from Maxar in 2023 and 2024, Anywaves has already proven its ability to deliver best-in-class products to the American market. The launch of Anywaves US reflects the company’s commitment to deepening its presence in the world’s most significant hub for the space industry. Being closer to key American customers and partners will allow Anywaves to refine its product roadmap and achieve an even stronger market fit.
Beyond strategic expansion, Anywaves US embodies a forward-looking vision, with ambitions to become an active contributor to the American space industry. Future growth plans include innovation partnerships and local assembly lines. “This new step is a big challenge and an exciting opportunity for Anywaves. Expanding from international to multinational is more than just a new office: it’s about building long-term collaborations, investing locally, and becoming part of the global industrial space dynamic,” said Nicolas Capet, PhD, President of Anywaves.
Nicolas Hine to Drive Anywaves US Development
To lead this milestone, Anywaves has appointed French American executive Nicolas Hine as General Manager of Anywaves US. With deep expertise in aerospace and high-tech industries, Nicolas brings extensive experience in finance, operations, and strategic leadership across multinational corporations and ambitious scale-ups.
His background includes building global audit teams, managing international compliance projects, and directing finance and operations for complex aerospace programs. He has held leadership positions at Mangata Networks, OneWeb Satellites, Zodiac Aerospace, and Raytheon Technologies, and has strong expertise in program management, industrialization, and strategic partnerships. These experiences align with Anywaves US’ ambitions to strengthen market fit, foster local collaborations, and expand its industrial footprint in North America.
In his new role, Nicolas will oversee Anywaves’ US operations, guide its growth, and determine the location of the company’s American headquarters. “I’m thrilled to join Anywaves and lead this new chapter for the company. Anywaves’ reputation for excellence speaks for themselves, and I’m eager to help grow that success even further here in the United States. It’s an exciting challenge and I look forward to building strong connections with our local partners and customers to expand Anywaves’ presence and impact in the US market,” said Hine.
Commitment to the Global Space Market
The launch of Anywaves US signals the company’s transition to a fully multinational organization and underscores its commitment to the global space market, beginning with the United States. With Hine’s expertise and local insight, Anywaves is positioned to bring the company closer to American customers and partners, enhance market fit, and support its long-term industrial goals in North America.
