Withwave has announced a new line of RF Switch Modules featuring absorptive and reflective types, including SP4T, SP8T, SP10T, SP12T, and a 4-port Matrix configuration. The modules are designed to support a wide range of switch types, frequency ranges (upto 44 GHz), and switching applications. They are powered and controlled through USB type-C connector and have 2.92 mm vertical launch connectors.
The RF Switch Modules are built on MEMS and CMOS SOI technologies for low insertion loss and high isolation. They deliver high isolation, low insertion loss, and fast switching time, making them suitable for RF signal routing, Test & Measurement, High-power RF front ends, antenna tuning and beam steering in wireless infrastructure and applications operating up to 44 GHz.
