Maury Microwave Introduces New High-Power, Low-Loss Cable Assemblies Up to 18 GHz

Maury Microwave has announced the release of its StabilityPower (PW-Series) high-power, low-loss microwave/RF cable assemblies optimized for EMC testing. Designed to operate up to 6 GHz and 18 GHz these cables deliver high-power, low-insertion-loss performance. StabilityPower cables enable engineers to achieve required field strengths while reducing amplifier strain and extending the lifespan of the system. Robust materials and advanced construction techniques prevent overheating, arcing, and degradation during extended test campaigns. In addition to EMC testing, StabilityPower delivers best-in-class performance across other high-power applications.

The PW Series have an insertion loss of 0.20 to 0.07 dB/ft and a VSWR of 1.25:1 to 1.40:1. They have a phase stability of + /- 5 degrees and can withstand 200 to 500 flexure cycles.

Key Features and Benefits of the PW-Series

  • Low insertion loss that maximizes power delivered to antennas
  • High power handling to support sustained operation
  • Reliable and repeatable measurements in demanding, high-power RF applications
