Pegatron 5G Showcase AI-Integrated 5G and Edge Solutions at MWC 2026

Pegatron 5G, a company specializing in advanced networking and electronic manufacturing, showcased AI-integrated 5G solutions, edge computing technologies, and networking infrastructure focused on linking connectivity with data-driven intelligence at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026.

Pegatron 5G said it is supporting enterprises transitioning toward what it describes as “Intelligent Autonomy,” with systems designed to process data locally, enable real-time response, and scale operations.

Pegatron 5G is expanding from private 5G into public 5G infrastructure with a portfolio of Open RAN radio solutions. Among them is the PR2850, an 8T8R 40W 5G NR macro radio designed for wide-area deployments. The company also offers 4T4R and Massive MIMO (32TRx/64TRx) solutions, along with indoor pico, outdoor micro, and macro radios for Open RAN deployments.

The PS2400 integrates the 5G Radio, DU, CU, and Core Network into a single portable unit. The company said this configuration is intended for emergency services and deployment in remote areas.

Pegatron 5G is also presenting its approach to AI-RAN, embedding intelligence into O-RAN architecture. The solution includes Interference Mitigation technology aimed at supporting low-latency communication in industrial and medical environments.

"The IQ Era represents a fundamental shift where connectivity is no longer the end goal, but the foundation for pervasive intelligence," said CY Feng, General Manager of Pegatron Communication Products Business Group. "At Pegatron, we are uniquely positioned to harmonize 5G infrastructure with Edge AI. Our goal is to empower our customers to not only capture data but to understand and act upon it instantly. Through our modular platforms and deep ecosystem collaborations, we are making the vision of an autonomous, intelligent industrial future a reality today."

Pegatron 5G presence at MWC 2026 is supported by collaborations with Amarisoft, Ataya, Chunghwa Telecom, Intel, Keysight Technologies, MaxLinear, Metanoia, Nokia, Radisys, and the Telecom Infra Project. These collaborations support interoperability and performance across its 5G and AI offerings.
