JFW Industries has introduced two reactive power divider/combiner models designed for RF signal distribution across the 400 - 8400 MHz frequency range. The components are available in 2-way (50PD-1007) and 4-way (50PD-1008) configurations with 50-ohm impedance and SMA female connectors. The combiners/dividers are intended for RF signal fan-in and signal fan-out applications, enabling signals to be split or combined across wideband RF systems while maintaining isolation between ports and controlled insertion loss.
The 2-way model (50PD-1007) and 4-way model (50PD-1008) support the same operating frequency range of 400–8400 MHz. The 2-way version has an insertion loss up to 1.3 dB above the 3 dB split, while the 4-way version has insertion loss up to 2.4 dB above the 6 dB split. Both models provide port isolation up to 22 dB typical across most of the operating range. Each unit supports 10 watts average input power at the divider port and operates across a temperature range of −40°C to +85°C, with storage capability down to −55°C.
Both models are designed for RF systems requiring wideband signal division or combination with stable signal distribution and consistent amplitude and phase tracking across ports, making them suitable for test setups, communications equipment, and other RF signal distribution environments.
