The SR42W009 from Antenova is a dual-band antenna manufactured from FR4 materials operating in both Wi-Fi bands, 2.4 to 2.5 GHz and 5.17 to 5.84 GHz. This linearly polarized antenna is designed for integration and is ideal for single and MIMO antenna systems. At 2.4 GHz it provides a gain of up to 5.03 dBi with an efficiency of over 70%. At 5 GHz it provides a gain of up to 5.32 dBi with an efficiency of over 60%. This SMD antenna measures 19.3 x 3.3 x 4.4 mm and operates on a small ground plane with minimal clearance required on the PCB. It can be used in smart TVs, wearable electronics, access points and portable devices.
