The SE2432L is a 2.4 GHz RF front-end module (FEM) designed for ZigBee® and smart-energy applications. It consists of an integrated PA, LNA, Antenna Switch, fully matched baluns, inter stage matching and a harmonic filter. The digital controls are compatible with 1.6-3.6 V CMOS levels and the RF blocks operate over a wide supply voltage range from 2.0 to 3.6 V allowing the device to be used in battery-powered applications over a wide spectrum of the battery-discharge curve. It is available in a compact QFN package that measures 3 x 4 x 0.9 mm.
