The SKY65728-11 is a shielded front-end module (FEM) with an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) and pre-filter designed for Global Positioning System (GPS) L5 band receiver applications. The module operates from 1164 to 1189 MHz and provides a P1dB of 19 dBm with a small signal gain of 16 dB, and has a noise figure of 1.6 dB. It requires a single DC supply voltage from 1.1 to 2.85 volts.
The pre-filter provides the low in-band insertion loss and integrated notch filtering for excellent rejections of the cellular, PCS, and WLAN frequency bands.
The SKY65728-11 is available in a surface mount 9-pin Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package that measures 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.7 mm.
