The SLR1190 Series of Inductors from Coilcraft have inductance values from 150 to 370 nano henry and DC resistance of 0.43 micro ohms. They can operate from 35 to 95 MHz and have excellent current handling capabilities. These inductors are available in a surface mount package that measures 11.2 x 10.3 x 9 mm and are ideal for use in multi-phase VRM/VRD/EVRD regulators.
