The NuPower NW-PA-12B01A is a RF power amplifier for L and S Band transmitters and data radios that operate from 1000 to 2500 MHz. The amplifier provides over 10 Watts of RF power with a gain of 40 dB and an efficiency of 30-50%. It requires a supply voltage range of +11 to +32 VDC with over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection and can operate over a wide temperature range of -30 °C to +60 °C.
