The RFPA5512 from Qorvo is a three-stage power amplifier (PA) module that operates from 4.9 GHz to 5.85 GHz. It has been designed for 802.11a/n/ac applications and provides excellent linearity and PAE. The module provides a gain of 33 dB and provides linear power up to 23 dBm with an EVM less than 1.8 %. It is available with 20-pin, QFN package that measures 4 x 4 x 0.9 mm.
