The DRC23000M from Z-COMM is a driver amplifier module that operates from 20 GHz to 26 GHz. It provides more than 16 dBm of output power, 20 dB of gain and an OIP3 of 26 dBm at 10 dBm per tone. The amplifier has an integrated single power supply of +5 V. It is available in a small modular configurations with SMA connectors and measures 1.2 x 1.05 x 0.6 inches. It can be used in satellite communications, commercial and military radar systems, and point to point radio applications that require robust performance.
