Model 149 is a compact high performance OCXO for telecommunications and wireless applications. It operates from 10 to 25 MHz and requires a 3.3 or 5 V supply. It consumes less than 1 W of power and is ultra-durable with stability as tight as ±50 ppb at -40°C to +85°C temperature range and the lowest phase noise available of its kind at -152 dBc/Hz offset 100 kHz from the carrier. The OCXO is available in a compact 9x14 mm surface mount package.
