The F2915 from Renesas is a SP5T absorptive RF Switch that operates from 400 MHz to 8000 MHz.This switch utilizes Renesas Kz innovative design technology to maintain a near-constant impedance when switching between RF ports, improving hot switching reliability and system response time while protecting downstream components from transients. It has five symmetric absorptive RF ports, a low insertion loss up to 1.1 dB and high isolation of 50 dB. The switch can handle up to 33 dBm of average CW power, has high linearity (IIP2) of 124 dBm and IIP3 of 60.5 dBm. It requires a single positive supply from 3.0 V to 5.25 V and is available in 24-pin QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm. It is ideal for dynamic switching or selection between two or more amplifiers and can be used in Base Station 2G, 3G, 4G, portable wireless, military systems, JTRS radio and cable infrastructure applications.
