The PE42821 from Peregrine Semiconductor is an ultraCMOS high power reflective SPDT switch designed for use in mobile radio, relay replacement and wireless applications. It operates from 100 MHz to 2.7 GHz, has a P1dB of 45.5 dBm, an insertion loss of 0.35 dB and an isolation 35 dB. It is housed in a 32L QFN package which measures 5 x 5 mm.
