JSC Microwave Systems was founded by experienced specialists in the field of electronics in 2004. The emergence of a new enterprise during the already active competition in the domestic (Soviet) market of microwave electronic modules forced them to develop rapidly, organize from scratch, immediately basing their production on the foundation of modern technological processes and equipment, and further development.
JSC Microwave Systems develops various types of broadband high-power microwave amplifiers including powerful pulse amplifiers, transceiver modules, low-noise amplifiers, pulse signal amplifiers, multifunctional modules. They also use GaN transistors in equipment to improve the characteristics and reliability of microwave modules.
