Company Overview
Diramics was founded in Zurich Switzerland in 2016 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich to bring the ultra low noise pHEMT technology from research to the market. While the company is relatively new, the technology behind the pH-100 transistors has been in use in the field for more than 10 years. Diramics firmly believes that in order to be able to offer the ultimate performance low-noise pHEMTs, it is essential to have control over everything starting from the epitaxial layer design, over transistor fabrication, all the way to device characterization and modelling.
