Radiometer Physics GmbH manufactures measuring and electromedical instruments since 1991. The Company offers radio meters, spectrometers, RF components, space hardware, as well as precision machining, and meteorological retrievals. RPG’s products cover the frequency spectrum from several GHz to 2 THz for scientific, commercial, and military applications.
Their production capabilities and designs range from the design and characterization of specialized components to the integration of custom systems such as radiometers, Cloud Radar, and Scintillometers as well as mm-wave and terahertz products. As a consequence of RPG’s beginning development activities in 2006 Rohde & Schwarz GmbH bought 25% of the company shares in 2007 this collaboration boosted the development and manufacturing capabilities in the measurement equipment area for both the companies and since 2010 R&S owns RPG’s 75 % shares.
