MiniRF's passive component product line was originally developed by PDI (Premier Devices Inc). PDI was acquired by Sirenza Microdevices and Sirenza by RFMD. When RFMD decided to exit the passive components business, MiniRF was born. The product line consists of transformers, couplers, splitters, mixers and chokes. They specialize in delivering RF components and devices to the Nothern Californian area.
