Radant MEMS has been manufacturing devices since 1999. They have an established fabrication process and experienced manufacturing capabilities. Radant MEMS has developed an electrostatically actuated MEMS microswitch for both DC and microwave applications. The Radant MEMS device has a rated lifetime of 100 billion cycles that has been independently validated by the US Department of Defense Laboratories to greater than 1.5 trillion switch cycles.
