ReliaSat Introduces Multi-Stage Modular Low-Noise Amplifier from 21 to 31 GHz

With an operating frequency range in the Ka-band from 21 to 31 GHz (operates from 17 GHz with reduced gain), the LNA11202131SS provides a gain of 34 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB and a single supply voltage from 7 V to 40 V. It incorporates an enable/disable, current and temperature sensor function allowing for remote fault analysis. This LNA is fully enclosed in a housing with 2.92mm RF connections and a D-Sub for DC power, enable, current, and temperature sensor connections.
