The BT-1150-LS is a Bias Tees from UMCC that operates from 150 KHz to 1000 MHz. It has a low insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB, an isolation of over 40 dB and a VSWR of 1.25:1 through the band. The bias tee can regulate a bias voltage of up to 50 V and a bias current of up to 600 mA. It can handle up to 10 Watts of RF power. The BT-1150-LS is available in a module with SMA connectors for the RF and RF/DC ports and a solder pin for the bias port.
