The ACTXD-Ka16W-E31-V4-0B-xxx from Acorde is an outdoor RF Block-Up Converter (BUC), that converts an Input frequency from 1-2 GHz to an output frequency from 29-31 GHz. This BUC has been designed for Ka-band satellite communication systems.
It integrates a power supply, phase locked oscillators, power amplifier and frequency converter in to a module that measures 200 x 130 x 100 mm. The BUC delivers a saturated output power of 42 dBm with a gain of more than 60 dB and noise figure under 15 dB.
The ACTXD-Ka16W-E31-V4-0B-xxx has been tested and calibrated between -20 and +60 Degrees C and also includes a temperature alarm and power supply shutdown to protect the amplifier from permanent damages in high temperature conditions.
