The 2300-G Series are Block Up Converters/Solid State Amplifiers with an output power of 60 W, 80 W, 100 W or 125 W. It accepts an L Band input signal from 950 to 1700 MHz and up convertsit to 13.75 to 14.5 GHz. SSPA has a gain of 60 dB and the BUC has a gain of 70 dB. The device is based on Gallium Nitride technology and can operate at a temperature from -55 to 70 Degrees C.
