The VH Series from Quantic Eulex are High-Temperature Vertical Layer Capacitors that are available in capacitance values from 1.0 to 1000 pF. They support wire bonding or epoxy die attach to the high-purity gold connector pads. They use Class I and Class II dielectrics for high-temperature application up to 300°C. The dielectric options include NPO or X7R dielectrics.
