EM121R-GL

The LTE-A EM121R-GL from Quectel is a 4G LTE-A (Cat 12) Module that is designed according to the 3GPP Release 14 specification. It delivers a downlink data rate of up to 600 Mbps and an uplink data rate of up to 150 Mbps. This module supports 2x2 and 4x2 downlink MIMO and emergency service features like eCall. It supports DL 3 carrier aggregation and 256QAM and is designed for the global market and covers nearly all mainstream carriers worldwide. The module has integrated GNSS that supports Qualcomm IZat location technology Gen9-VT for GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou/Compass and Galileo bands and active GNSS L1+L5 antennas.

The LTE-A EM121R-GL requires a DC supply of 3.135-4.4 V and consumes less than 24.48 mA of current with support for low-power mode. It supports the PCIe Gen2 interface for PC/Laptop applications and has an optional built-in eSIM. The module is available in an M.2 package that measures 42.0 x 30.0 x 2.3 mm with an antenna interface and is ideal for industrial routers, home gateways, STB, industrial laptops, consumer laptops, industrial PDAs, rugged tablet PCs, and digital signage applications.
