The IQXO-408 from IQD is a Simple Package Crystal Oscillator (SPXO) that operates from 20 to 50 MHz. It has a frequency stability from ±25 to ±50 ppm over an operating temperature range from -40 to 85° C. The oscillator has a duty cycle of up to 55% and provides a CMOS output logic. It has a start-up time of less than 5 ms and rise/fall time of under 3 ns. The oscillator has typical phase jitter of 47 fs and a phase noise of -153 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz offset. It requires a supply voltage from 1.8 to 3.3 V and consumes less than 10 mA of current (standby current of less than 10 μA). This RoHS-compliant oscillator is available in a hermetically sealed ceramic package (with a metal lid) that measures 2.5 x 2.0 mm.
