The SKY13744-11 from Skyworks is an LNA diversity module with six selectable filters and LNA paths, three aux paths to be used in mobile phones. It supports LTE Bands B8, B20, B26, B1/4, B3 and B7 from 859 to 2690 MHz and is compatible with 3GPP GSM & WCDMA standards. The module has a low insertion loss through the band and is integrated with SAW filters and a discrete LNA. It is available in a small 29-lead surface mount package that measures 5 x 3 x 0.75 mm.
