The SKY77455 from Skyworks is a fully matched 16-pad surface mount front end module that has TX frequency from 1920 to 1980 MHz and RX frequency from 2110 to 2170 MHz. This LTE FEM integrates an inter-stage filter, input and output matching, power amplifiers, power detection and a duplexer into a compact 4 x 7 x 1.1 mm package. It meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of LTE with QPSK/16QAM modulations from 1.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth and full or partial resource block allocations with high power added efficiency. This module requires a single 3 to 4.6 V supply which can be supplied directly from a three-cell NI cad or single cell Li-Ion battery. It also consumes low current at peak power operation making it ideal for integration into mobile handsets.
