The AMP2043P-4KW from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Pulsed Power Amplifier that operates from 1 to 2 GHz. It delivers a saturated pulsed output power of more than 4 kW with a gain of over 66 dB. The amplifier has a pulse width of up to 100 usec, 6% duty cycle and rise/fall time of less than 50 ns. It has built-in protection circuits with extensive monitoring for Forward/Reflected power, voltage, current & temperature sensing.
The AMP2043P-4KW has optional local LCD & remote flexible interfaces (Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB). It is available in a rugged enclosure that measures 430 x 444 x 580 mm with N-type (Female) and SC-female connectors. It is designed for Pulse/HIRF MIL-STD 461/464 and Radar applications. Other frequency ranges & power level options are also available with excellent pulse fidelity.
This class AB linear amplifier requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 1.5 kW of power.
