The AMP2099B from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 0.5 to 6 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of more than 75 W with a gain of over 49 dB. The amplifier system is built using high-power advanced technology devices and has a class A/AB linear design. It has been designed for EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse, and all communication applications.
The amplifier has built-in protection circuits and can also perform extensive monitoring of forward/reflected power (dBm/W), VSWR as well as sense voltage, current, temperature fluctuations. It has harmonics of less than -20 dBc and spurious levels under -60 dBc.
The AMP2099B has an LCD display, RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/48 & USB optional GPIB interfaces. It is available in a rack-mount enclosure that measures 430 x 133 x 560 mm with N-type – Female connectors. The amplifier has built-in fan-cooling technology and can operate at ambient temperatures from 0 to 50 ºC.
This highly reliable and rugged amplifier requires an AC supply of 100 - 240 V and consumes less than 800 W of power.
