The SST11CP22 from Microchip Technology is a power amplifier module that operates from 5.1 to 5.9 GHz with an integrated FCC-compliant harmonic filter. It meets linearity requirements for 802.11 ac applications by providing up to 20 dBm with 3% EVM, and up to 18.5 dBm with less tan 1.8% dynamic EVM. The module has a wide dynamic-range, linear power detector that is temperature-stable and VSWR-insensitive. It is matched to 50 Ohms internally and is available in a compact 20 lead QFN package.
