The P100W32-38CP from Polarity is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 32 to 38 GHz. It delivers a CW saturated output power of 100 W with a small signal gain of 62 dB and a nominal power gain of 54 dB. The amplifier is built using highly efficient GaN MMICs that are spatially combined in a compact structure to achieve robust, and high-performance power amplification making it appropriate for high power wideband testing, communications, radars and a number of other applications. It incorporates a wide input range AC – DC power supply, fan-forced convective thermal management, and an internal driver amplifier.
The amplifier requires an AC supply of 208-250 V for operation. It is available in an EIA compatible 3U height rack-mountable chassis and is ideal for radar, communications, test & measurement, and EMI testing applications.
