The MMIQ-0106HCSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 1.5 to 5.5 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 14 dB, a noise figure of 11 dB and provides 33 dBc of image rejection. This mixer provides an LO to RF isolation of 62 dB, LO to IF isolation of 32 dB and RF to IF isolation of 43 dB. It has an amplitude balance of 0.3 dB and a phase balance of 4°. This RoHS compliant mixer is available in a ceramic QFN package that measures 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for single side-band and image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, and band shifting applications.
