The ADA-500-2000-60/0.5 from AtlanTecRF is a 7-bit Digital Control PIN Attenuator that operates from 0.5 to 20 GHz. The attenuator has an attenuation range of 60 dB with a 0.5 dB step size. The attenuator has a fast switching speed of under 200 ns and can handle an input power of up to 25 dBm. It is available in a module that measures 45 x 30 x 12 mm with SMA female connectors.
