The MR3003 from NXP Semiconductors is a Radar Transceiver that operates from 76 to 81 GHz. This automotive-qualified transceiver includes 3 transmit and 4 receive channels. It provides high angular resolution with Tx phase rotation, powerful separation of objects due to low phase noise and linearity, and long detection range due to high output power and low noise figure. This fully-integrated BiCMOS transceiver has 4 GHz chirps for high object resolution and separate LO input and LO output for cascading in leader/follower setup. It is available in a WLCSP package that measures 7.7 x 9.2 mm with MIPI-CSI2, LVDS, and analog data interfaces and has an operating temperature of up to +125°C.
