The STA1340 from Stellar Satcom is a Ku-band Travelling Wave Tube Amplifier (TWTA) that operates from 13.75 to 14.5 GHz. This Ku-Band Antenna Mount TWTA provides an output power of over 350 W with a gain of up to 70 dB. It has been designed using patented packaging and cooling techniques that enable it to operate in extreme environmental conditions from direct rain and direct sunlight. This amplifier is easy to deploy and has an integrated remote control option as standard, with RS485 and Ethernet interfaces.
The STA1340 available in a compact, lightweight, rugged, weatherproof, antenna-mount enclosure that measures 244 x 520 x 260 mm with an N-type (F) connector at the input and PBR120 at the output. It equipped with an internal 1:1 switch control capable of driving an input and output switch for redundancy. These amplifiers have an integrated remote control option as standard, with RS485 and Ethernet interfaces.
