The P4T-0R3G18G-70-T-SFF from PMI is a high speed, SP4T absorptive switch that operates from 0.3 to 18 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 3.75 dB, isolation of more than 70 dB and switching speed of under 100 ns. The switch can handle an input power of up to 20 dBm and requires a supply voltage of +5/-5 VDC. It is available in a module that measures 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.70 inches with SMA female connectors.
