Intermodulation Suppression Panels

Intermodulation Suppression Panels are components that suppress or reduce interference caused by short-circuits in antennas and/or transceivers located close to each other at the site. They consist of an isolator (or isolators) and a second-harmonic filter. The isolators allow RF signals to pass through in only one direction while the second harmonic filter reduces second-order harmonics produced by the isolator. As a result, any intermodulation signal components received by the antenna are suppressed.

Intermodulation Suppression Panels can eliminate interfering signals occurring at the congested site in a network, enabling terminals to provide better connectivity to the end users.

When selecting this component, it is important to consider the following key parameters:

Frequency Range:
It is the range of frequencies over which the component suppresses interference.

Input Power: This is the amount of input power that the suppression panel can handle while providing safe operation.

Number of Isolators: This is the number of isolators the suppression panel has.

Insertion Loss: It is the amount of loss that occurs when the signal travels from the input port to the output port.

Isolation: It is the amount of isolation provided by the isolator to reduce the strength of undesired signals entering other ports. The unit is specified in decibels or dB.

everything RF has listed multiple intermodulation suppression panel products from the leading manufacturers. You can compare products, view their specifications, and narrow down on products based on the frequency range, isolation, number of isolators, and other parameters. Once you find products that you need you can view product specs, download datasheets, request a quotation, or more information on a product. Your inquiry will be sent to the manufacturer who will get back to you with the required information.
