At IMS 2024 in Washington D.C. next week, Polyfet RF Devices will showcase its latest transistor, the LY2843V. This new transistor is part of the new 50 VDC family of push-pull LDMOS transistors. The LY2843V is an unmatched, discrete transistor in a push-pull package designed for applications within the HF to VHF III band. It operates from 88 to 108 MHz, and when operating at 50 VDC, it delivers 1.0 kW P1dB (2.1 kW Psat) across the FM band. Its drain breakdown voltage rating of 120 VDC allows for reliable drain voltage operation of up to 50 VDC.
The LY2843V has been tested and characterized in the Polyfet, Amplifier TB281.
Polyfet will showcase this transistor at their IMS 2024 booth in Washington D.C. next week.
