The company, known for its innovative QuanFINE® GaN-on-SiC epitaxial wafers, has secured orders totaling 17 MSEK, marking a 100% year-over-year increase. This surge includes three significant frame agreements from major players in the Telecom and Defense sectors, although the identities of these partners remain undisclosed.
New Facility Powers SweGaN’s Scale-Up
One of the key highlights of this success story is the operational launch of SweGaN’s new high-capacity production facility in Linköping. This state-of-the-art facility is set to play a critical role in the company’s aggressive scale-up strategy, enabling SweGaN to meet the rising global demand for its next-generation GaN-on-SiC engineered epitaxial wafers.
