With over two decades of experience in high-technology environments, Laurence brings a wealth of expertise in hybrid electronics, semiconductors, scaling manufacturing, and innovative product development to the Filtronic team.
Laurence’s appointment comes at a strategic time for Filtronic as the company focuses on expanding its global footprint and enhancing its technological capabilities. His track record in process development and commitment to continuous improvement will further strengthen Filtronic's dedication to delivering quality products and services.
With a deep understanding of electronics, material science, and global technology transfer, Laurence is well-positioned to contribute significantly to Filtronic's mission. His passion for coaching and mentoring aligns with the company's commitment to fostering talent and encouraging continual development within the engineering sector.
Before joining Filtronic, Laurence served as the back-end senior director at Pragmatic, an ultra-low-cost flexible electronics component provider. There, he played a pivotal role in developing and delivering cutting-edge flexible integrated circuits (FlexICs) for a diverse range of customer applications.
