The BiCMOS and Compound Semiconductor Integrated Circuits and Technology Symposium (BCICTS) will be held at Phoenix, Arizona, USA from October 16-19, 2022. It was established to reflect the rapidly evolving developments in bipolar, BiCMOS and compound semiconductor circuits and devices.
