MegaPhase has appointed a new Production Manager, Carlos Restrepo to help scale their operations and implement lean principles, thereby reducing delivery times and moving the operation closer to AS9100 compliance. Carlos has over 12 years of experience in printed circuit board and cable assembly manufacturing in military and medical applications.
In his previous role, Carlos managed a large staff of technicians at Astrodyne with hands-on scheduling, continuous improvement efforts, and consistently meeting KPI goals. Carlos hold a degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Applied Quality Standards.
