The NuSwitch VU150MH01 is a high speed, low loss SPDT Switch with a typical switch timing of 4 μSec and typical insertion loss better than 0.25 dB. The VU150MH01 is an ideal, stable switching solution that operates from 50 to 500 MHz and can handle up to 150 W CW power. Housed in a miniaturized chassis and operating from a +5 VDC supply with a typical current draw of 350 mA, this module is ideal for size, weight, and power-constrained applications,
