Gowanda Electronics, a designer and manufacturer of high performance inductors and magnetic components for RF and power applications was awarded “Supplier of the Year for Electronic Components and Distribution” at the Collins Aerospace 2021 Avionics Supply Chain Recognition Event last month.
Collins Aerospace, a provider of technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry, recognized Gowanda Electronics for its broadened capabilities, strong engineering support and account management accommodations when selecting the company for this prestigious award. Gowanda was one of only eight companies selected by Collins Aerospace for supply chain recognition this year from the hundreds of suppliers providing products and services to the company.
Gowanda Electronics VP of Sales Denis Kohlhagen said that this award from Collins Aerospace – a $19 billion business unit of Raytheon Technologies – highlights and rewards Gowanda for their outstanding abilities, technologies and customer service in the development and supply of inductor components to major players in aerospace and defense markets. He also said that they are grateful to be recognized for their achievements and look forward to deepening their relationship with Collins Aerospace in the years ahead.
