Comba Telecom announced that 3 Hong Kong, a telecom and internet service provider operating in Hong Kong has successfully deployed the ComFlex Pro Solution in the first quarter of 2021, to help the operator expand and deepen its 5G indoor network coverage. 3 Hong Kong has adopted the ComFlex Pro DPU solution of Comba Telecom to support its 5G network and provide high-speed indoor 5G connectivity for major landmark buildings such as the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Landmark, Chater House, Jardine House, Exchange Square, Prince's Building and Alexandra House. Deployment of the solution was completed in the first quarter of 2021, enabling visitors and people working in those buildings to enjoy seamless indoor 5G connectivity.
The ComFlex Pro system can be used in various indoor scenarios. It helps extend macro network coverage for 5G services to indoor scenarios, providing a unique, full-featured, and flexible solution. The solution can effectively enable seamless 5G coverage from outdoor to indoor, ensuring a quality connectivity experience for end-users.
