MECA, a leading RF component manufacturer, has developed a 16-Way Power Divider (816-2-4.250-M01) that covers UHF through Wi-Fi 6E bands. The 816-2-4.250-M01 is an addition to the 2, 4 & 8-Way, 30 W Wilkinson Power Divider series that are optimized for excellent performance with industry-leading specifications from 500 MHz – 8.00 GHz. They offer typical VSWR’s ranging from 1.25:1 to 1.60:1, with an isolation of 17 dB minimum while offering phase and amplitude balance typically only seen in narrower/octave band models. These models operate from -55°C to +85°C.
The broadband nature of these models eliminates the need to increase the component count in D.A.S. systems when migrating to higher frequency platforms required to support 5G & Wi-Fi 6 applications.
